Reverse Recruiting: 3 Months of Job Support Services 

We partner with you in your job search. As you send us job listings, we pursue the recruiters who have posted those job openings as well as work to find the decision-maker above them. Our goal is to get you to the interview. We begin your job search together after session 3, and include 3 months of Reverse Recruiting for the Raise the Roof upgrade. ($ 10,800 Value)

The following is a list of Reverse Recruiter (i.e. Headhunter) functions we perform on your behalf:

1. Job Leads: Share job leads in alignment with your Personal Preferences Roadmap^TM
2. Research: Research and locate the relevant recruiters who own the job posting requisition.
3. Networking Introductions: Reach out to key decision-makers and recruiters on LinkedIn with a connection request and introductions.
4. Outreach: Once they accept our connection request, we ask them to consider your application and any relevant questions you may want to ask but are concerned by doing so yourself. We include your cover letter and resume in that conversation.
5. Follow-up: If we don’t hear back from them within 2-3 days, we follow up over the phone with them as your representative to see if they have reviewed your applications. DISCLAIMER: We cannot control the choices of others or make guarantees you will be chosen for the interview.
6. CRM Access: We provide access to a CRM designed for job seekers where the job search will be conducted and where progress is updated.
7. Progress Updates: We meet weekly for progress updates and check-ins.
8. Emotional Support: Lastly, we realize a career transition may be stressful. Therefore, we are here for emotional support over the phone, email or LinkedIn message as well during our time together through your job search.
9. 3 Months: Executive (Director, VP+, C-Suite) positions average 3-6 months to land a new position, since there are fewer of those roles available. We will walk with you through this journey at a high-paced 3 months. Should this take longer than three months, you can purchase the Reverse Recruiting add-on for an additional three months.
