About Us

Hi! I’m Neil Schultz.

Thanks for visiting my About Us page. What began as an extension of my military (US Air Force) chaplain and church pastoral ministries as a service to help people find answers they needed to thrive, has now grown into a career coaching, resume writing and recruiting boutique consulting firm.

In collaboration with my bride Robyn, we have written two books together: Pivot: Is it Time for a Change? and Job Crafting: Make Your Job More Fulfilling and Meaningful. I have also written one two other short books: So You Want to Build a Following? How Jesus Made Disciples in the Gospel of Luke and How You Can Too as well as Self-Care: Love Yourself More to Love Others Better.

As a career coach, resume writer and recruiter, I help professionals in transition Get Clear, Get Noticed and Get Hired for work they love faster than going it alone.

My goal is to help you Get Clear, Get Noticed and Get Hired.
