Hi! I’m Neil Schultz.

What began as an extension of my military (US Air Force) chaplain and church pastoral ministries as a service to help people find answers they needed to thrive, has now grown into a career coaching, resume writing and recruiting boutique consulting firm.

As a career coach, resume writer and recruiter, I help professionals in transition gain clarity to find work they love.

My goal is to help you Get Clear, Get Noticed and Get Hired.

We work with all career levels: from new graduates to C-suite including CEO, COO, CTO, CMO, VP, Director, Senior Managers, Sales executives, Agile coaches, Project Management Professionals, Scrum Masters, Creatives and more.
