This brief FAQs list is designed to help build the level of trust and confidence you need in making wise career decisions. We help professionals in career transition get clear, get noticed and get hired for work they love faster than going it alone.

Q: WHAT’S YOUR SUCCESS RATE?

A: As of April 2024, our Excel spreadsheet tells us we have a 91.3% success rate at getting people hired on average 57 days for non-executives, and between three and six months for executives (depending on how motivated and available the candidate is) from the date of purchase, to the date where they notify us they got hired! However, some of our clients decided to start a business or retire completely as a result of our coaching instead of going the traditional job route, so therefore we can’t honestly reflect those as a “get hired” success rate.

Q: DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?

A: Yes, we do! We currently offer four payment plan options for our Raise the Roof program: 

1. ENH -> RTR: (Start with the Enhanced package, and then after your third session is complete, consider upgrading to the Raise the Roof and pay the difference ($4500). We can work out arrangements at that time, if needed.

2. HALF DOWN: 50% Down ($3k) + $1100/mo for 3mos = $6.3k

3. 7 PAYMENTS: $1k Down + $1k/mo for 6mos = $7k

4. 12 PAYMENTS: $600/mo for 12mos = $7.2k

On a case by case basis, we do offer payment plans for the Enhanced program as well, where we offer to split payment into half, but with fees incurred, it will be $800 Down + $800 (a total of $1600) in 30 Days.

Q: WHAT GUARANTEE DO YOU OFFER? DO YOU HAVE TERMS & CONDITIONS?

All sales on one-on-one coaching, tangible deliverables (Resumes and LinkedIn Profile update) and support time are final.
– There is no trial period after purchasing coaching, tangible deliverables, or support services.
– The Federal Trade Commission (FTC)’s Cooling-Off Rule (also known as “Buyer’s Remorse”) gives you three days to cancel purchases of $25 or more. We will take this a step further and offer a 7 Day Money Back Guarantee, provided no services were engaged or accessed. After the first 7 days, there are no refunds.

Career Upgrader offers installment payment options. Failure to make future payments will result in the disruption of services, and may result in your information being provided to the leading credit bureaus (Experian, TransUnion, and Equifax) and appearing on your credit report. Only the Raise the Roof package is eligible for our guarantee.
